Before any film goes on

Every car is washed, clay barred, decontaminated and inspected under studio light. Film only goes over paint we would put our name on.

What the film does

A clear layer that takes the hit instead of your paint.

Paint protection film is a urethane layer, thinner than a credit card, bonded to the panels that face the road. Gravel, bug acid, bird droppings and wash swirls stop at the film. The factory finish underneath stays exactly as it left the line.

We install LLumar exclusively. Its top coat heals light scratches with heat from the sun or warm water, so the film keeps looking new instead of collecting marks.

Working a film edge
  • 01

    Self-healing top coat

Light scratches and swirl marks in the film disappear with warm sunlight or warm water. Nothing to buff, nothing to replace.

  • 02

    Manufacturer-backed warranty

Every roll of LLumar film is covered against yellowing, cracking, peeling and delamination by the people who make it.

  • 03

    Stain and UV resistance

Built-in UV inhibitors keep the film clear through New Jersey summers, and the surface sheds bug residue and road grime at the next wash.

  • 04

    Invisible once applied

Edges are wrapped, seams are tucked, and the gloss matches factory paint so closely that most owners forget where the film starts.

Where the road hits first

Tap a point on the car to see what it takes and what covers it.

Every panel on the front of a car takes a different kind of abuse. This is what we see come through the bay, and which package puts film on it.

  • What hits it

Highway gravel at speed, bug acid that etches overnight, and bird droppings that burn through clear coat in one hot afternoon. The hood collects more damage than the rest of the car combined.

  • What hits it

The first thing every stone meets. Bumpers are painted plastic, so chips show white and spread. Film here is the difference between a bumper that ages and one that does not.

Pitting from road grit and yellowing from UV. Replacement lenses on a modern car run into the thousands. Film keeps them clear and takes the pitting instead.

The complete build

Film, coating and tint in one booking.

Most owners who come in for film leave with all three. The Ultimate Protection Package layers them in the right order, in one bay, by one crew, so each layer is applied onto a surface that was prepared for it.

  • Layer 01

    Paint protection film

Self-healing LLumar film over every panel that faces the road.

  • Layer 02

    Ceramic coating

A hard, hydrophobic layer over the film and the remaining paint. Water beads off, grime lets go at the first rinse, gloss goes deeper.

  • Layer 03

    Window tint

LLumar ceramic tint for heat rejection and a finished look that matches the rest of the build.

How it goes

From the first call to the final walkaround.

  1. Step 01

    Consultation

We talk through the car, how it gets driven, and what you want covered. You pick the package and we book the bay.

  2. Step 02

    Surface prep

Wash, clay bar and decontamination. Anything already in the paint gets corrected before film goes near it.

  3. Step 03

    Installation

Film is plotted to the car, hand laid in a climate-controlled bay, and every edge is wrapped so there is nothing to catch a fingernail on.

  4. Step 04

    Walkaround

We go over every panel together under studio lighting, then show you how to wash and care for the film.

"Had my car tinted a few years back and just had another one PPF'd and detailed, amazing job. Their service is about as professional as you can get. Daily calls with updates and always taking your calls. If you love your car, they will take great care of it."
Albert Pyun · Google review, August 2026

"Nick and Matt were easy to talk to and very nice people. Very clean and large facility. Knew they were legit when I saw them working on a Vantage, SF90, and GT3. My 2024 Model 3 Performance Highland came out great. This is definitely the go-to place to do your ppf and tints."

Cal H · Google review, August 2026

"Worked with Matt from pre to post sale, he did a great job with tint selection and walking me through the options. The team did an outstanding job with the install and the tint came out perfect on both vehicles. You are in good hands with this team, 5 stars all the way!"

Peter B. · Google review, September 2026

"The Team at ABB is amazing. Awesome work and pleasure to deal with. Super knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend."

Sean Crapps · Google review, August 2026

"Nick and Rob were a pleasure to work with and the car looks beautiful."

LLumar film is built to protect for years and is backed by a manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling and delamination. Most of our clients go 8 to 12 years before thinking about replacement, and the paint underneath still looks new when they do.
Only if you look for it. The film is optically clear and the gloss matches factory paint. If anything, the top coat makes the colour read slightly deeper than before.
The top layer of the film is an elastomer that reforms when it warms up. Light scratches, swirls and scuffs in that layer close on their own in sunlight or under warm water. Deep gouges are a different matter, and those are what the film is there to absorb instead of the paint.
Yes. When it is time to replace the film, or you sell the car, it peels off cleanly and the paint underneath looks the way it did the day the film went on.
We recommend it. A ceramic coating over the film makes it easier to wash and more resistant to staining, and it is included in the Ultimate Protection Package along with window tint.
